Today, I said hello to the world after being in my mom's wound for 40 weeks and 1 day. I was born on October 23rd, 2004 at 1.11 WIB at RS. Pondok Indah with the help of dr. Budianto Barnas, SPOG. Mama and ayah named me Aerizqa Aisyah Rakhmadani, Izqa for short. They told me it means that I am a gift for Arief and Erfi (my parents) who is beautiful and kind.

I weight 3160 gr with 47 cm in height. My head measurement is 32 cm whereas my chest measurement is 34 cm and my blood group is B with Rh + (positive). I was taken care by a pediatrician named dr. Harry Purwanto,SPA who also gave me my first shot, Hepatitis B. Mama told me that he will be my pediatric from now on.
